SVA’s Springer and Bruss Present Webinar on Understanding Financial Statements

SVA Certified Public Accountants professionals Sheri Springer, CPA, Principal, and Hayley Bruss, CPA, Supervisor, will present a webinar for Lorman Education Services on October 24, 2022 titled Understand and Interpret Financial Statements.

During this webinar, Sheri and Hayley will discuss how to gain a better understanding of the meaning of financial statements and find the information that is most important. More specifically, they will examine how to analyze specific financial statement line items, how the analyses of the balance sheet and operating statement interplay, and how to calculate and review key ratios to make informed financial decisions.

Upon completion of the webinar, attendees will be able to describe basic types of financial statements, discuss how to develop and generate a consistent financial reporting package, explain a detailed analysis of financial statement lines, and review the statement of cash flows and know what to look for.
