Matt is the CEO of SVA, A Professional Services Company and a Principal with SVA Certified Public Accountants.

He focuses on the healthcare, dental, and veterinary industries assisting individual and business clients by providing tax preparation, planning and consulting, and financial statement preparation services.

Matt specializes in providing physicians and dentists the financial support they need to grow their practices. His areas of expertise include budgeting to control costs, consulting on revenue generation, and calculating the financial impact of business decisions. By working closely with clients to identify issues of concern, Matt is able to develop a plan to address these matters.

He has experience with start-up healthcare practices consulting on entity selection, entity setup, payroll system setup, accounting system selection and setup, as well as analyzing various business start-up financing options.

For physicians and dentists buying or selling a practice, Matt analyzes the tax impact of a transaction, structures the transaction to minimize the tax impact, and guides the seller in maximizing their net cash flow from the transaction.

He has experience with budgeting and cash flow management as well as designing compensation models for healthcare practices. He also performs tax planning for corporations and individuals.
