Andrea Hayes and Rhett Reuter Named to In Business’ Forty Under 40

SVA is proud to announce that Andrea Hayes, Principal at SVA Consulting, and Rhett Reuter, Principal at SVA Certified Public Accountants, have been named to In Business Madison’s 2026 Forty Under 40 list. This annual recognition honors emerging leaders in the Greater Madison area who are making significant contributions to their organizations and communities.

Andrea has played a pivotal role in the growth and evolution of SVA Consulting’s Business Applications practice. Over her nine years with the firm, she has helped expand service offerings, strengthen strategic partnerships, and drive significant growth while helping clients modernize and scale their operations. Her leadership has also contributed to national recognition for SVA, including being named Acumatica’s Cloud Adoption Partner of the Year and earning a place in the Acumatica Presidents Club.

Rhett has built his career at SVA, starting as an intern and growing into a trusted leader. As the firm’s lead real estate tax specialist, he is widely recognized for his technical expertise and ability to guide clients and colleagues through complex tax matters. Reuter has been instrumental in maintaining and growing one of SVA’s largest and most important practice areas, ensuring continuity for long-standing client relationships while contributing to sustained revenue growth.
