Caleb is a Manager with SVA Certified Public Accountants, specializing in audit and assurance services, low-income housing tax credits, new development consulting, and partnership taxation. With a focus on the real estate and nonprofit industries, he provides tailored financial and consulting services designed to meet the complex needs of his clients.

Caleb works closely with real estate developers on proposed developments and projects in the construction phase. His consulting services include financial forecasting, guidance on pre- and postaward applications, and reporting for Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) awards, Affordable Housing Program (AHP) awards from the Federal Home Loan Bank (FHLB), and other financing and tax credit opportunities.

On the accounting side, Caleb delivers comprehensive services such as draw preparation, first-year tax credit calculations and forecasts, reconciliation of development activity for GAAP/Tax financial statements, investor capital buy-outs, and other specialized calculations unique to real estate entities.

In the assurance and tax areas, Caleb collaborates with owners and property managers of affordable multifamily housing developments to fulfill their tax and accounting reporting obligations. This includes financial statement audits, cost certifications, partnership tax return filings, and various agreed-upon procedures. He has extensive experience with reporting requirements set by the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) and Rural Development (RD), ensuring compliance and accuracy for his clients.
