SVA’s Kleinmaus and Kendhammer Present Educational Sessions for Housing Colorado Conference

SVA Certified Public Accountants professionals Adam Kleinmaus, CPA and Mike Kendhammer, CPA will present two educational sessions at the Housing Colorado Annual Conference on October 13, 2021 in Breckenridge.

Affordable Housing Development – Building the Right Team will present the risks and rewards of real estate development and the key steps in the affordable housing development process from site selection and project feasibility to construction and operations. The session will also discuss project assessment, acquisition, finance, design, construction, project management, and how to assemble a development team.

In an ever-changing environment, developers are continuously looking for innovative and creative solutions. Twinning 9% and 4% Credits will discuss how this hybrid model in the same development can be employed to make development financially feasible as well as help achieve a deeply targeted mixed-income development.

Adam is a Principal with SVA Certified Public Accountants with expertise in the real estate industry. In his role, Adam consults with real estate developers and property managers on proposed developments, developments in the construction phase, and property management issues. He advises on income tax, deal structuring, and operational issues.

Mike is a Principal at SVA Certified Public Accountants with expertise in the real estate industry. He consults with developers, investors, contractors, and property managers on proposed developments and property management issues. He advises on income tax, deal structuring, and due diligence issues.
