SVA Presents Strategies to Leverage Data for Informed Decision-Making

SVA professionals Jacob McClendon, Laura Zach, and Nate Dreikosen will present an educational session at the Wisconsin HFMA Spring Conference on May 16, 2024 in Brookfield, WI.

Unlocking Insights: Leveraging Your Data for Informed Decision-Making will discuss how leveraging practice analytics can empower businesses to optimize financial performance, understand provider performance, and make strategic decisions with confidence. Attendees will learn practical strategies for extracting valuable insights from data, driving actionable results, and ultimately enhancing success.

Jacob is the Director of Analytics with SVA Consulting. In his role, he assists clients by strategically architecting solutions that help unlock meaning in data. He designs and builds client-specific data automation and visualization solutions. These efforts consistently improve time to insight, allowing people to proactively engage with data and make accurate and informed decisions.

Laura is a Principal with SVA Certified Public Accountants, and focuses on the dental, healthcare, and veterinary industries. She provides a variety of accounting, tax, and consulting services for her clients. She works with them to grow revenue, benchmark to industry standards, control overhead, and implement tax-saving strategies.

Nate is a Senior Manager at SVA Certified Public Accountants focusing on the healthcare, dental, and veterinary industries. He works with practices to assess financial performance, growth, and evaluate revenues and expenditures. He also has experience in tax planning, designing compensation models, and building value.
