Sheri Springer

On The Job

Sheri is a Principal with SVA Certified Public Accountants providing assurance services (audits, reviews, compilations), process and procedures reviews. She helps clients establish internal financial reporting procedures and analyses to allow management to make informed financial decisions

In her role, she oversees and performs audits for owners of affordable multifamily housing units receiving Section 42 Low-Income Housing Tax Credits.

Sheri also manages and performs audits for owners of projects receiving federal financial assistance from the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). She has valuable experience with the unique reporting requirements for this entity.

In addition to her real estate expertise, she also manages audits and performs tax and consulting services for a variety of nonprofit organizations including charitable organizations and membership and trade associations. Sheri also performs financial statement and compliance audits of nonprofit organizations receiving federal and state funding.

Sheri is a member of the Wisconsin Institute of Certified Public Accountants (WICPA), and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA).
