Mike is a Principal at SVA Certified Public Accountants. He provides assurance and tax services to closely-held businesses of varying sizes focusing on the restaurant, hotel, manufacturing, distribution, professional services and construction industries. The types of engagements include audits, reviews, compilations, agreed-upon procedures, employee benefit plan audits, and tax return preparation and planning.

Mike also provides consulting services to his clients in the form of management consulting, budget reviews, succession planning, and transaction analysis. Mike works with his clients to ensure that not only are their compliance needs met, but also help them set and meet all of their business objectives. Mike also holds the Advanced Defined Contribution Plans Audit Certificate through AICPA.

Mike is a member of the SVA Assurance Group Executive Committee. He is also the designated principal for SVA’s membership in the AICPA Employer Benefit Plan Audit Quality Center.
