Lynn is a Principal with SVA Certified Public Accountants with expertise in the real estate and nonprofit industries. In her role, she oversees and performs audits for owners of affordable multifamily housing units receiving Section 42 Low-Income Housing Tax Credits.
Lynn also manages and performs audits for owners of projects receiving federal financial assistance from the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). She has valuable experience with the unique reporting requirements for these entities.
In addition to her real estate expertise, she also manages and performs audits and tax services for a variety of nonprofit organizations including charitable organizations as well as membership and trade associations. Lynn also performs audits of nonprofit organizations receiving federal and state funding.
Lynn is married and has three children. Outside of work she enjoys playing with her kids and attending all their extracurricular activities. She also loves to travel, go on long walks, and hang out with friends.
