Glen E. Weyenberg

Glen is President of SVA Certified Public Accountants. He has over 30 years of experience consulting in business continuity and estate planning in addition to the tax and business areas. 

Glen has specialized in the real estate area and has been involved with every phase of structuring of real estate transactions. He is a CPA and has extensive experience related to the financial reporting requirements of investors, governmental agencies and lending institutions. Glen consults on tax credits common to real estate such as low-income housing tax credits, historic rehabilitation tax credits, energy credits, and new markets credits. He also specializes in senior housing campus developments. 

In working with clients, he stresses the importance of identifying procedures and techniques needed to help manage and control business operations more efficiently and economically. He is a member of the AICPA and the WICPA.
