Caitlin is a Manager with SVA Certified Public Accountants with expertise in the real estate and nonprofit industries.

Caitlin’s expertise is in financial statement audits, reviews, and compilations and preparation of federal and state exempt organization tax returns for a variety of nonprofit organizations including charitable organizations, trade associations, and those organizations receiving federal and state funding.

In addition to providing the traditional audit, accounting, and tax services, Caitlin also advises nonprofit organizations about a variety of issues. Some of these issues include board governance, public charity status and public support test, internal control matters, and unrelated business income.

Caitlin oversees and performs audits for owners of affordable multifamily housing units receiving Section 42 Low-Income Housing Tax Credits. She manages and performs audits for owners of projects receiving federal financing assistance from the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). She has experience with the unique reporting requirements for these entities. Caitlin also provides tax services for clients in the real estate industry.
