Beau is the Director of Operations at SVA Certified Public Accountants.

He brings strategic oversight and operational leadership to the forefront of the firm’s success. He is responsible for managing and optimizing the day-to-day processes that support the CPA firm’s internal functions and client delivery, ensuring a streamlined, consistent, and high-quality experience across all touchpoints. In addition, Beau oversees the professional teams responsible for the firm’s communications and administrative operations, strengthening the infrastructure that supports long-term client engagement and firm growth.

Beau is a driving force behind continuous process improvement, leveraging industry best practices to enhance efficiency and align internal operations with the evolving needs of clients. His work directly supports SVA’s mission to “Serve People Better” while fostering innovation and scalability within the firm’s operational model. Working closely with SVA’s leadership team, he enforces firmwide standards across key areas including systems integration, software implementation, governance management, and data processes.

Prior to joining SVA, Beau spent more than 15 years in various operational leadership roles across healthcare, NEMT, BPO, and other professional services. He holds an MBA from Lynn University and is Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certified.
