SVA’s Kleinmaus and Berry Present Educational Sessions for Housing Colorado Conference

SVA Certified Public Accountants professionals Adam Kleinmaus, CPA and Douglas Berry, CPA, CGMA will present two educational sessions at the Housing Colorado Annual Conference on October 12-14, 2022 in Breckenridge.

Year 15: Potential Pitfalls will discuss the recurring issues in year 15 of a commercial real estate project including refinance demands, purchase options, valuation, forced sale, and removal of a general partner. Adam will also present New Affordable Housing Lending and Gap Funding Resources.

Adam is a Principal with SVA Certified Public Accountants with expertise in the real estate industry. In his role, Adam consults with real estate developers and property managers on proposed developments, developments in the construction phase, and property management issues. He advises on income tax, deal structuring, and operational issues.

Douglas is a Principal at SVA Certified Public Accountants. He works for both for-profit and nonprofit organizations operating in and around the broad real estate industry. He works with clients on tax and accounting projects including financial statement audits, partnership tax return filings, and management advisory consulting projects.
