SVA’s Chris Fearn Presents at WHEDA’s 2023 Conference

Chris Fearn, CPA, Principal with SVA Certified Public Accountants, will present at the Wisconsin Housing and Economic Development Authority’s (WHEDA) 2023 conference on November 6, 2023 in Madison, WI.

Chris will participate on a panel discussing Tax Credit Equity Outlook. The panel of housing tax credit syndicators and investors will discuss tax credit market conditions and offer perspectives heading into 2024.

Chris is a Principal with SVA Certified Public Accountants with expertise in the real estate and nonprofit industries. In his role, he manages and performs audits for owners of affordable multifamily housing projects receiving Section 42 Low-Income Housing Tax Credits. He also manages and performs audits for owners of projects involving other federal government agencies, including the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) and Rural Development.

The Wisconsin Housing and Economic Development Authority (WHEDA) was created in 1972 by the Wisconsin Legislature to meet an increasing need for affordable housing financing.
