SVA’s Chris Fearn Presents at WHEDA’s 2021 Conference

Chris Fearn, CPA, a Principal with SVA Certified Public Accountants S.C., will present at the Wisconsin Housing and Economic Development Authority’s (WHEDA) 2021 virtual conference on September 1, 2021.

Chris will participate on a panel discussing Tax Credit Equity. The panel of investors and syndicators will discuss the current market conditions and forecast for federal and state housing tax credits.

Chris is a Principal with SVA Certified Public Accountants with expertise in the real estate and nonprofit industries. In his role, he manages and performs audits for owners of affordable multifamily housing projects receiving Section 42 Low-Income Housing Tax Credits. He also manages and performs audits for owners of projects involving other federal government agencies, including the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) and Rural Development.
