SVA’s Glen Weyenberg Leads Virtual Roundtable for NAIOP Wisconsin on Opportunity Zones

SVA Certified Public Accountants professional Glen Weyenberg, CPA will lead a virtual roundtable on Opportunity Zones for NAIOP Wisconsin at their 2021 CRE Roundtable event on April 20, 2021. The NAIOP Wisconsin CRE Roundtable event is an interactive exchange of ideas, best practices, and information on the hottest topics impacting commercial real estate. Knowledge leaders will help lead the discussion, but attendees are encouraged to come ready to join the conversation.

Glen is President of SVA Certified Public Accountants, S.C. He has over 30 years of experience consulting in business continuity and estate planning in addition to the tax and business areas. He has specialized in the real estate area and has been involved with every phase of structuring of real estate transactions. Glen consults on tax credits common to real estate such as low-income housing tax credits, historic rehabilitation tax credits, energy credits, and new markets credits.
