SVA’s Theran Welsh Presents a Session at the Associated Builders and Contractors Conference

Theran Welsh, CPA, Principal with SVA Certified Public Accountants, presents a session at the Associated Builders and Contractors of Wisconsin Human Resources and Accounting Conference on October 22, 2020.

The presentation, titled Influencing Decisions with Industry Data and Dashboards, will review the information behind the data collected from job sites and internal departments that will help contractors improve their company in three key areas. These areas are how company equity can be leveraged for growth, action items to help improve liquidity and cash flow, and six metrics that will help improve profitability.

Theran is a Principal with SVA Certified Public Accountants, S.C. and leads the Construction Services group. During his tenure, he has helped to develop SVA’s cost segregation, condo reserve study and construction contract compliance analysis services.

Theran has 30 years of experience advising construction CEOs. He helps construction companies select choice of entity to reduce tax liability, set business strategy while developing initiatives for contractors to increase shareholder value.
