SVA Announces Four New Principals

SVA is pleased to announce the promotion of four new principals: Nathan Dreikosen, Jacob McClendon, Shawn Miller, and Joel Rechlicz.

Nathan Dreikosen

Nathan works with dental, medical, and vet practices to assess financial performance and growth and evaluate revenues and expenditures. He also has experience in tax planning, designing compensation models, and building value. He has been with SVA for 12 years and started his public accounting career interning at SVA.

Jacob McClendon

Jacob is the leader of SVA Consulting’s Data Analytics & Visualization team and assists clients by strategically architecting solutions that help unlock meaning in data. Alongside a strong team, he designs and builds client-specific data automation and visualization solutions to fit the unique needs of a given client. Jacob has been with SVA Consulting for three years.

Shawn Miller

Shawn oversees and performs audit and tax services for owners of a variety of affordable multifamily housing projects, including projects that receive Section 42 Low-Income Housing Tax Credits and Historic Rehabilitation Tax Credits. He also manages and performs audits for owners of projects receiving federal financial assistance. Shawn has been with SVA for 27 years.

Joel Rechlicz

Joel oversees the tax, accounting, and consulting work for dental and medical clients. He is involved with financial statements, benchmarking, payroll tax reporting and compliance, 1099s, personal property, and individual and business tax returns. Joel has been with SVA for 16 years, starting his career at SVA as a seasonal tax preparer.
