As the world comes out of the pandemic, it’s time to prepare to take advantage of a potential business boom. To prepare for a surge in growth, there are three areas business leadership should give serious consideration. Capacity matters so take a look at current capacity and how it can meet anticipated demand. Know cash flow by starting with a cash flow analysis and preparing weekly forecasting data. Understand the supply chain as it is the most critical element in delivering timely products and services and, in turn, the ability to grow.
