SVA Funds Accounting Scholarships

In a mission to help students interested in pursuing a career in accounting, SVA donates funds to area universities for accounting scholarships. This year, SVA donated a total of $5,000, funding five scholarships at three schools.

“We’re pleased to be able to offer scholarship support to accounting students,” says Matt Vanderloo, SVA CEO and Principal. “It’s important to help the next generation of accounting professionals meet their goals and we wish the scholarship recipients continued success.”

Each scholarship is worth $1,000 and recipients were chosen by their respective schools. SVA professionals attended the scholarship ceremonies to personally congratulate these deserving students.

Below are the schools and scholarship recipients.

UW-Eau Claire

• Liz Stabb – Liz will be a Spring 2024 tax intern in the SVA Brookfield office.
