The Spaulding Group is a property management company providing rental services to tenants and property owners in southern Wisconsin. They are a family-owned company that manages residential, commercial, and industrial properties in Edgerton, Delavan, and Fort Atkinson. They currently own and manage over 500 residential apartment properties, 110 storage units, three commercial offices, and four industrial shops.

When asked why he chose SVA, Justin says, "We were looking for an accounting firm that could handle a little bit more than what we had. As our business grew, it got more complex and we needed to advance our advisory relationships with the right type of professionals. We sold a couple of properties, needed help with some 1031 exchanges, and we were taking on investors. That's when we transitioned to SVA.
