SVA's Healthcare Business Growth Expertise Benefits MAC

Madison Anesthesiology Consultants (MAC) was looking for a strong business partner to provide business guidance and advice. They had a number of areas to improve upon and wanted to capitalize on SVA’s healthcare business growth expertise.

Since the practice began, MAC has grown from 13 to 27 anesthesiologists. From neonatal care and adult surgical patients to women’s health, MAC provides exclusive anesthesiology services for a local Wisconsin hospital. Due to the extent of their practice, the physician’s main focus is patient care rather than worrying about the nuances of running their business.

MAC required a varied spectrum of services from SVA. From accounting and tax, HIPAA compliance consulting, new physician credentialing, as well as human resource policy reviews, SVA and MAC worked as a team to accomplish their objectives. SVA also worked extensively to develop MAC’s communication system. This enables them to remain compliant while they communicate internally, as well as with other business partners.
