SVA invests a significant amount of time and resources into the recruitment of top tier accounting graduates. SVA actively recruits from many universities throughout Wisconsin and Iowa. SVA participates in the Beta Alpha Psi honor accounting fraternity and Student Accounting Society on the various campuses.

SVA provides college students in their third or fourth year of school an opportunity to enhance their education through our paid internship program. Our intern positions are designed for students majoring in accounting, financial and information technology. These positions provide hands-on, real experience within the designated field.

Interns are mentored by senior staff members who provide training, guidance and feedback on assigned tasks. SVA also works with a student's school to meet the school's requirement for educational credits.

Our accounting intern program is offered during the spring semester with recruiting taking place during the previous fall term. (We do not offer an accounting intern program during the summer).

The intern programs for financial and IT students operate year round based on business need.

Open internship positions are posted at various accredited schools and on our website. Interested students should check with their school's career center or view our schedule of SVA campus visits and interviews.
