Dr. Nabeel Khan graduated with his M.S. degree in endodontics and a vision to own his own practice. He turned to SVA Certified Public Accountants on a recommendation from his brother, who is also a dentist. Dr. Khan started his first private practice in 1997, which became Capital Endodontics in 2001. “I was fortunate to partner with SVA when I started my practice. Without their guidance, we would not be in the position we are today,” stated Dr. Khan. “I had the training I needed as an Endodontist, but needed a business team to get my practice established.”

SVA introduced Dr. Khan to local financial institutions and legal firms who helped form the strategic business team he needed to navigate the complexities of dental practice startup. As the practice grew, SVA was instrumental in bringing in new partners and establishing a second location.  The practice now includes three additional partners - Dr. Douglas Ferris, Dr. Chad Campanelli, and Dr. Davis Landwehr - and is located on both the east and west sides of Madison.

The needs of the employees are met through the retirement plan options SVA has provided and the hiring of office personnel including the office manager and human resources staff. “As we continue to grow, I rely on the quarterly meetings and personal connection the SVA team has with us,” said Dr. Khan. “They keep us on track with our financial goals and help us maximize our profitability.”
