SVA Certified Public Accountants professionals Gregory Ksicinski, Daniel Glomski, and Craig Billings will present a seminar on the new tax reform on January 12, 2018 for family law attorneys and judges in Madison, WI. During this seminar, they will discuss the impact the new tax law has on individuals as well as on pass-through entities.
Greg is a Principal at SVA Certified Public Accountants, S.C. and leads the SVA Business Valuation and Litigation Support Services team. He works with attorneys and clients as a member of the litigation team. His experience in accounting, tax and valuation adds critical information, understanding and credibility to the case. His areas of expertise in litigation includes: business valuations, financial and tax analysis, as well as various areas of family law.
Dan is a Principal with SVA Certified Public Accountants, S.C. and a member of the Business Advisory Services group. He provides clients with technical expertise in valuations, litigation support, financial reporting, and individual and corporate taxation. He provides litigation support in divorce, shareholder disputes or other damages claims. He also assists business owners in negotiating and implementing business agreements, succession planning, exit planning, value analysis and improvement, and the purchase and/or sale of their company.
Craig is a Valuation Analyst at SVA Certified Public Accountants, S.C. and leads the valuation practice in the firm’s Madison office. He is responsible for the performance and oversight of engagements in litigation and consulting matters involving valuation, damages, tax and financial issues and has valued numerous businesses in a variety of industries that span the economic spectrum.
