With offices in Watertown, Jefferson, Hartford and Beaver Dam, Area Dental Clinic is a growing practice offering dental care and oral surgery. As the practice grew, Dr. Jarrod Thomas began a search for a new dentist to add to their team. The pre-screening saved us time and we knew that when we came to the interview portion, the interested applicants were going to be top-level candidates that would meet our needs,” continues Dr. Thomas.

SVA’s recruitment process includes establishing selection criteria and creating a search strategy that matches candidates based on goals pre-determined by the practice. It has been a couple of years since Dr. Seitz-Keegan joined Area Dental Clinic and they are now looking to add an additional doctor to the practice. SVA is again working with them on their recruitment process.
