Adam is a Manager with SVA Certified Public Accountants, S.C. in Real Estate and Nonprofit Services. In his role, he supervises and performs audits for owners of affordable multifamily housing projects receiving Section 42 Low-Income Housing Tax Credits.

Adam also supervises and performs audits for owners of projects involving other federal government agencies, including the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) and Rural Development. He has valuable experience with the unique reporting requirements for these entities. Adam also provides tax preparation, consulting, cost certification and various agreed-upon procedures services for clients in the real estate industry.

In addition to his real estate expertise, he also supervises and performs audits and reviews for a variety of nonprofit organizations including charitable organizations as well as membership and trade associations. Adam also performs financial statement audits and single audits of nonprofit organizations receiving federal and state funding.

Outside of SVA, Adam and his wife, Ellen, enjoy spending time and playing with their dog, Greta. Together, they also enjoy exploring Wisconsin and other parts of the country. In his free time, he enjoys reading and cycling.
