Since the practice began in 1968, Racine Dental Group has grown from 4 to 18 dentists and recently built a new facility to better service patients in the southeast Wisconsin community. This continued growth provided an opportunity for them to review their business strategy.

After SVA Dental Services examined current processes and procedures, they diagnosed inefficiencies with operations, overhead, staffing and purchasing. Based on this analysis, the inefficiencies were corrected, providing a more productive business process.  Racine Dental was then able to optimize tax deductions while reducing overhead by 6 percent.
